Who we are
IKECOZ is the public brand of IKECOZ GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, a Private company limited by shares registered in Nigeria under company registration number RC 9701847. The public website provides information about IKECOZ services, products, projects, technologies, company background, and contact options.
IKECOZ was incorporated on 22 July 2026. IKECOZ operates from Warri-South, Delta State, Nigeria, with a global outlook for remote collaboration where appropriate.
For Contact-form enquiries, IKECOZ decides how submitted information is used to review the enquiry, respond to the visitor, and keep necessary business communication records.
Tax Identification Number (TIN) is not published on this website. Registered office address details are omitted from public pages unless separately approved for disclosure.
Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the IKECOZ website, the Contact form, direct website enquiries, optional confirmation emails when enabled, and related website interactions where IKECOZ processes information.
- It may not govern external websites or apps you open through outbound links.
- GitHub, WhatsApp, scheduling tools, and similar third-party services have their own privacy practices.
- If you contact IKECOZ through an external channel, that channel’s provider may process information under its own terms.

Technical and security information

- Rate-limit identifiers that may combine request IP information with a normalized email address
- Sanitized application error or delivery logs that omit full message bodies and secrets
- Hosting infrastructure request logs that may include IP address, user agent, and request metadata
IKECOZ does not currently claim that IP addresses are anonymised before rate limiting or logging. Hosting providers may retain technical logs according to their own systems.
Information visitors submit
Visitors provide information voluntarily through the Contact form and, when configured, through public email, WhatsApp, scheduling links, or other listed channels.
Optional Contact fields do not need to be completed for a valid enquiry. Required fields are marked on the form.
Do not submit the following through the public form unless a secure and separately agreed process has been established:
- Passwords or authentication secrets
- API keys, tokens, or access credentials
- Banking, card, or payment credentials
- Government identification numbers or passport images
- Medical records
- CVs or applicant files intended for long-term applicant tracking (the public form does not provide document upload)
- Confidential source code or highly sensitive technical secrets
- Other highly sensitive personal information
Information processed automatically
Even when you do not submit a form, visiting the website typically causes hosting infrastructure to process technical request information needed to serve pages and maintain security.
Used by IKECOZ application features
The Contact API may use request IP information and email together for short-term rate limiting, may evaluate submission timing and honeypot fields for spam prevention, and may write sanitized delivery or error logs.
Processed by hosting infrastructure
Website hosts commonly record IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, response status codes, and similar operational metadata. IKECOZ does not currently operate a separate analytics product on top of those logs.
Processed only when optional providers are configured
Email delivery and distributed rate limiting process information only when those integrations are configured for the environment.
The current public website does not install advertising analytics, behavioural profiling tools, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar tracking pixels.
How we use information
Contact-form submissions are not used to subscribe visitors to a newsletter. Project-enquiry acknowledgement is separate from any future marketing consent.
IKECOZ does not currently use Contact submissions for advertising profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.
- Review project enquiries and understand requirements
- Respond to visitors and request clarifying information
- Recommend a suitable next step such as a discovery conversation or proposal discussion
- Maintain communication and business records related to enquiries
- Prevent spam, abuse, and excessive automated submissions
- Protect website security and troubleshoot delivery failures
- Improve website functionality and reliability
- Meet applicable legal obligations
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary
Why we process information
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, IKECOZ may process personal information for reasons such as:
- Taking steps at a visitor’s request before entering a possible agreement
- Legitimate business interests in reviewing genuine enquiries, communicating, securing the website, and keeping necessary records
- Consent where a specific optional activity requires it
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention interests
The required Contact acknowledgement confirms that IKECOZ may use submitted details to review and respond to the enquiry. It is not treated as blanket consent for unrelated marketing or every possible processing activity.
Contact-enquiry processing
IKECOZ does not currently store Contact submissions in an application database. Delivery is email-based when configured. If online delivery is unavailable, the website reports that status and does not claim that the enquiry was sent.
- The form validates submitted information on the client and again on the server.
- Spam checks may evaluate honeypot content and submission timing.
- Valid enquiries may be delivered to IKECOZ by email when delivery is configured.
- The visitor’s email address may be set as the reply-to address on the internal notification email.
- IKECOZ may contact the visitor for clarification before recommending a next step.
- Submitting the form does not create a contract, employment relationship, interview obligation, or guaranteed response time.
- Enquiry content may remain in business email records used for follow-up.
Professional and career-interest enquiries
Visitors may use the Contact form to express interest in future collaboration, contract work, partnerships, career opportunities, or possible roles when vacancies are not listed.
- Professional background information you choose to share
- Portfolio, GitHub, or website URLs
- Employment or collaboration interests
- Availability information
- Other details included voluntarily in the message
No applicant database on this website
IKECOZ does not currently provide CV upload, applicant accounts, or an applicant-tracking database through this website. Professional enquiries are handled through the configured Contact email delivery path.
Submission does not guarantee a role, interview, or contract. Do not submit identification documents, medical data, bank details, or other highly sensitive records through the public form.
Email delivery
IKECOZ may use an email-delivery provider to transmit project enquiries and optional confirmation messages. When configured, the provider processes the information needed to deliver those messages.
The current implementation is designed to use Resend when API credentials and verified sending addresses are configured. Visitor confirmation emails are optional and controlled by server configuration.
Confirmation email failure, when confirmation is attempted, does not undo a successfully delivered internal notification.
Provider storage, retention, and subprocessors are governed by the provider’s own systems and public policies when that provider is active.
Spam prevention and rate limiting
To reduce abuse, the website may use honeypot checks, submission timing checks, validation, payload-size limits, and request-rate limits.
When a distributed rate-limiting service is configured, short-lived identifiers derived from request information and email may be processed through that service. When it is not configured, an in-memory limiter may operate locally for development or limited environments.
These controls exist to protect the service. This policy does not document bypass techniques.
Service providers and data sharing
IKECOZ does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the website and enquiry system, and may be disclosed where legally required.
Categories that may process information
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Email-delivery providers when configured
- Rate-limiting providers when configured
- Domain and related infrastructure providers
- Professional advisers where needed
- Public authorities where legally required
Outbound links are not the same as form sharing
Linking to GitHub, WhatsApp, scheduling tools, or documentation does not by itself send Contact-form submissions to those services. If you choose to open or use those services, their own policies apply.
International processing
Website hosting, email delivery, and related infrastructure providers may process information on servers located in countries outside Nigeria.
IKECOZ does not claim that all information remains exclusively in Nigeria.
Data retention
IKECOZ does not currently operate an automated deletion system for enquiry emails. Retention depends on how records exist in practice:
- Enquiry correspondence may remain in the recipient mailbox and related email threads for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, handle disputes, meet legal obligations, or protect legitimate interests.
- Spam and rate-limit information is intended for shorter security-related periods where the technical system allows.
- Hosting and email-provider logs may be retained according to provider settings and policies.
- Optional visitor confirmation emails, when sent, create ordinary email records on the visitor’s and provider’s systems.
Exact retention periods require owner and legal confirmation. This policy does not promise automatic deletion unless a deletion process has been implemented.
Data security
IKECOZ uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the current website and enquiry system.
- Server-side validation of Contact submissions
- Environment-based secrets that are not exposed to the browser
- Limited client exposure of operational configuration
- Rate limiting and spam controls
- Secure provider APIs for configured email delivery
- Safe error handling that avoids returning internal secrets to visitors
No absolute guarantee
No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors should avoid submitting highly sensitive credentials through the public form.
Visitor rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights such as:
- To be informed about how personal information is used
- To request access to personal information IKECOZ holds about you
- To request correction of inaccurate information
- To request deletion where applicable
- To object to certain processing
- To request restriction of certain processing
- To withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
- To complain to an appropriate regulator
These rights may be limited by law, the nature of the request, or competing legal obligations. IKECOZ may need to verify identity before fulfilling certain requests.
Privacy requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, consent withdrawal, or information about processing by using the Contact page or the privacy-contact channel listed in this policy.
Please describe your request clearly and include enough detail for IKECOZ to locate relevant records. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents with a routine request.
Children’s privacy
The public company website and Contact form are not intentionally directed at young children.
Visitors who are not legally able to provide information independently should involve a parent, guardian, or responsible adult before submitting personal information.
IKECOZ does not currently operate age-verification controls on the Contact form.
External links
The website may include links to GitHub, WhatsApp, scheduling providers, technology documentation, and other external resources.
IKECOZ does not control the privacy or security practices of those external services. Review their policies before sharing information with them.
Changes to this policy
IKECOZ may update this Privacy Policy when website functionality, providers, contact practices, or legal requirements change.
The effective date and last-updated date appear at the top of this page. IKECOZ does not currently operate a system that emails every visitor about policy updates.
How to contact IKECOZ
For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact page or the public email channel listed with this policy. Internal delivery addresses used only for server-side enquiry routing are not published here.
Regulatory complaints
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to contact a relevant data-protection authority if you believe personal information has been handled unlawfully.
In Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Commission is the generally relevant supervisory body for data-protection matters. This policy does not promise any particular regulatory outcome.
